Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing galodo-system.com, creating an account, or using the GALODO platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GALODO provides an automated DDoS resilience-testing platform that simulates realistic network and application-layer attack patterns against targets the customer owns or is explicitly authorized to test. The platform includes:

• 50+ configurable attack vectors across L3/L4, L7, and DNS layers.
• Real-time monitoring, telemetry, and performance metrics.
• Automated test reports and DORA-aligned evidence documentation.
• Safety controls including target ownership verification, two-party approval, configurable auto-timeout, and emergency stop.

The Service is intended solely for defensive security — evaluating and hardening the resilience of systems you control. It is not a tool for attacking third parties.

3. Authorized Use & Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only against systems you own or operate, or for which you hold explicit written authorization from the system owner. This includes:

• Compliance with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and equivalent frameworks when conducting regulated resilience testing.
• Compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the target system, and the United Arab Emirates.
• Obtaining and retaining evidence of authorization for the duration of any test campaign.
• Notifying your local security team, ISP, or relevant parties as required by applicable law before testing.

Unauthorized access or denial-of-service activity against third-party systems is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is authorized and lawful.

4. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and target verification.
• Maintain appropriate internal approval records for each test campaign.
• Ensure test windows, rate limits, and scopes match the authorization you hold.
• Cooperate with GALODO's verification and audit procedures.
• Promptly report suspected abuse or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Testing Safeguards & Safety Controls

Responsible testing is a core design principle of the Service. The following safeguards are enforced:

• Ownership verification — targets must pass ownership or authorization verification before any test can start.
• Two-party approval — campaigns require approval from both the customer and the authorized operator.
• Auto-timeout — tests automatically stop after a configurable duration or when safety thresholds are reached.
• Emergency stop — an immediate kill-switch halts all active vectors on request.
• Rate control — vector intensity is capped within authorized test profiles.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Use the Service against any system without ownership or explicit written authorization.
• Use the Service for extortion, harassment, disruption of public services, or any criminal purpose.
• Target critical national infrastructure, healthcare, or emergency services.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's safety controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written agreement.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GALODO systems or other customers' data.
• Use the Service to develop, enhance, or distribute malware or offensive botnets.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension and referral to law enforcement.

7. Accounts & Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. GALODO may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees for the Service are set out in your order or subscription agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, website, branding, documentation, and all related technology are the property of Galodo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal resilience-testing purposes. Test reports generated for your campaigns are yours to use for compliance and remediation purposes.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service, including test targets, authorization records, campaign results, and business terms. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GALODO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every resilience weakness.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GALODO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. GALODO's total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galodo and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your unauthorized or unlawful testing activities.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. GALODO may suspend or terminate access with notice if you breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
